Sebastian Giovinco Is Staying At Juventus – Agent

Seb the Saviour: Sebastian Giovinco did his utmost to live up to fans' expectations as he was far and away Juventus' best player during a poor performance against Champions League minnows BATE Borisov.

Sebastian Giovinco is unlikely to leave Juventus this summer as far as his agent, Andrea D'Amico, is concerned, despite reports to the contrary.

The Italian Under-21 international, who is currently in Sweden for the European U-21 Championships, has been linked with a move away from Turin this summer. A number of reports have claimed that he will be heading to Udinese as part of Juve's move for Gaetano D'Agostino. However, D'Amico has again down played reports of an exit, despite the contrary voices.

"Giovinco has the will to take his chances at Juventus and he had a good season last term," the agent told Tuttomercatoweb.com.

"He is a pure talent and he has adapted so well, despite his age. The problem in Italy has always been with youngsters, but he is a mature player and he will be staying at Juventus."

The agent was, perhaps, referring to big Italian clubs not giving younger players much of a chance. Giovinco has always claimed he wants to remain at the club and he is seen as the heir to Juve legend Alessandro Del Piero.
