In their search for a left-back, Juventus have turned to Corinthians defender Andre Santos, according to Tuttosport.
Negotiations for Lyon's Fabio Grosso are proving to be complicated and the option of Andrea Dossena from Liverpool has lost it's appeal after his poor showing in the Confederations Cup.
Santos is available for around €6 million, even if several clubs have shown an interest, including AC Milan. He has gained recent exposure by impressing for Brazil at the Confederations Cup.
The player has only featured in his home country during his club career thus far, playing for Figueirense, Flamengo, and Atletico.
The 26-year-old is set to start tonight's final against the United States in South Africa.
